בקרוב ערוץ פורנו ראשון בקרוב גם בקנדה

CRTC, הרגולאטור לתקשורת של 'נדה נתן את אישורו להפעלת ערוץ חדש למבוגרים בלבד בשם Northern Peaks ו Real Productions , החברה בעלת הרשיון התחייבה שלפחות מחצית מחצית מתכנים בערוץ יהיו מתוצרת מקומית. הערוץ יוצע באמצעות חבילות טלוויזיה למנויים.

חבילות הערוצים לא יוכלו לכפות על המנויים לכלול את הערוץ בחבילות שהם מקבלים מהן ועל החברות לדאוג לחסום את הערוץ , בין בדרך הצפנה או באמצעות חסימה אחרת, במדיה ומנוי יבקש לחסום גישה לערוץ.

Canada Gets its first porn channel

CRTC, Canada's broadcast regulator has given the go-ahead for a new channel called Northern Peaks which will be the country's first adult station with "significant" Canadian content. Indeed, the new channel promises that at least 50 per cent of its writhing. The cahnnel will be produced by Real Productions of Canada.

Distributors are not permitted to package the service in such a way that subscribers are obligated to purchase it in order to purchase any other programming service, other than an adult programming service. Distributors are required to take measures to fully block the reception of both the audio and video portions of the service to subscribers that request it not to be receivable in their home, in either unscrambled or scrambled form
