הטלוויזיה התורכית תשיק בשנה הבאה ערוץ בכורדית

איברהים סאהין העומד בראש TRT - הטלוויזיה והרדיו הציבוריים של תורכיה אמר בראיון לעיתון התורכי אקסאם, שה TRT תשיק בשנה הבאה ערוץ טלוויזיה חדש בכורדית. בנוסף לשפה זו ישודו בערוץ תוכניות בערבית , פרסי ובניב מקומי כורדי נוסף.
השקת הערוץ מתאפשרת לאחר שהפרלמנט התורכי אישר בחודש יוני תיקון לחוק השידורים המתיר ל TRT להפעיל ערוצים בשפות זרות.

TRT to Launch Kurdish Channel Next Year

The head of Turkish Radio and Television (TRT), Ibrahim Sahin said in an interview to the local newspaper Aksam that TRT will launch a Kurdish-speaking TV channel next year. The cahnnel will also broadcast programmes in Arabic, Farsi and a local Kurdish dialect.
The launch of the channel was made possible by a new law passed last June bt the Turkish parliament that allows TRT to broadcast programmes in foreign languages.
